Laborer Foreman – NSA Bahrain

About the role

KBR’s Exploration & Logistics division is seeking a Laborer Foreman to support the General Foreman in overseeing labor crew operations at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain. The role provides leadership, ensures compliance with project requirements, and helps deliver labor services aligned with mission objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate work performance against contractual, design, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Communicate project status, issues, risks, and cost impacts to the General Foreman and project team.
• Maintain short‑term look‑ahead plans and address deviations proactively.
• Review and track cost and man‑hour budgets for installation activities.
• Develop equipment requirement plans in coordination with the General Foreman.
• Promote and enforce all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 5+ years of construction or labor experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety practices, and cost control methods.
• Leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work long hours in support of mission requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Experience in contingency environments is a plus.
