Lead Cost Estimator - Composite Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Cost Estimator to join a world‑leading composite manufacturer on high‑profile architectural projects. The role combines deep technical analysis, commercial estimation, and manufacturing expertise to deliver profitable, multimillion‑dollar projects across complex façade and composite systems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large, often chaotic tender packages and extract precise project scope.
• Identify hidden risks and develop detailed cost models for architectural composite systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and BIM teams to ensure accurate technical interpretation.
• Prepare and present cost estimates, bids, and profitability analyses to senior stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of estimation processes through automation and AI‑assisted tools.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for precision and problem‑solving.
• Experience in façade systems, architectural cladding, or advanced composite manufacturing.
• Ability to work systematically through large volumes of technical information under pressure.
• Desire for long‑term career growth into a technical‑commercial leadership role.
