Lead Generation Representative (LGR) – Launchpad & Saleium

About the role

ChainGPT is seeking a Lead Generation Representative to build the pipeline for its Launchpad and Saleium products. You will identify high‑potential Web3 projects, engage founders and token teams, and qualify opportunities for the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound lead generation and prospecting across email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, X and other channels.
• Research, identify, and qualify Web3, crypto and AI‑native projects for token launches, fundraising and distribution.
• Maintain prospect lists, use enrichment and automation tools (Kommo, Zapier, n8n, Lemlist, Make.com, AI‑assisted tools) to scale outreach.
• Run discovery conversations, assess project fit, and determine suitability for Launchpad or Saleium.
• Hand over qualified leads to Business Development with clear context and next steps.
• Keep CRM updated, track outreach metrics, and deliver weekly pipeline reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, BD and internal stakeholders on target accounts, messaging and account‑based initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in lead generation, sales development or outbound growth within Web3, crypto, blockchain or AI‑focused companies.
• Strong understanding of token launches, fundraising flows, DeFi, wallets, exchanges and ecosystem partnerships.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to work independently in a fast‑moving remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and lead databases.
• Proficiency in outreach and automation platforms such as Kommo, Zapier, n8n, Lemlist, Make.com.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled prospecting tools.
• Use of communication channels like Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord and X for business development.
