About the role

The Automotive Service Advisor is responsible for managing customers' vehicle service and repair needs, ensuring a smooth experience from reception to completion. This role requires strong communication, technical understanding of automotive maintenance, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, record vehicle concerns, and prepare service recommendations.
• Provide quotations, explain repair work, and coordinate with technicians.
• Monitor repair progress, give regular updates, and ensure work meets company standards.
• Explain completed repairs, handle enquiries or complaints, and follow up post‑service.
• Maintain accurate service records, promote relevant maintenance services, and achieve service and sales targets.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Good understanding of automotive servicing, vehicle maintenance, and ability to explain technical information clearly.
