Leasing Associate

About the role

The Leasing Associate supports the Leasing department by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams and tenants, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations within the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for deal processing, CRM proposals, legal documentation, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including tenants, to maintain clear communication.
• Follow up on pending tasks, tenant requirements and departmental commitments to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, amendments and related documents.
• Prepare regular lease status and administrative reports for management.
• Resolve lease‑related and tenant‑related issues efficiently and professionally.
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Leasing department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in shopping malls, retail, or real‑estate environments.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Effective time‑management and prioritisation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
