Leasing Rental Executive – Drive Occupancy & Revenue

About the role

The Rental Executive (Leasing) drives revenue for our property portfolio by maximizing occupancy across residential, commercial and retail assets. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from marketing and viewings to lease negotiation and move‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads through online portals, networking and referrals.
• Conduct professional property viewings and highlight unit and community benefits.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and concessions to maintain competitive positioning.
• Negotiate lease terms, finalize agreements and oversee documentation and move‑in processes.
• Screen prospective tenants with credit, background and employment checks.
• Prepare, renew and file lease contracts accurately and on schedule.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing tenants to encourage retention.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of successful residential or commercial leasing experience.
• Proven track record of meeting occupancy and revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of local rental laws and market dynamics.
• Excellent presentation, closing and negotiation abilities.
• Valid real‑estate or leasing licence/certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with real‑estate CRM systems.
• Experience using property management software (PMS).
