Legal Manager – Commercial & Corporate Counsel

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑minded legal professional to provide practical guidance across a wide range of business activities. The role supports the organization by managing legal matters, reviewing agreements, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice and practical guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage commercial contracts and agreements.
• Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support corporate governance activities and maintain legal documentation.
• Review business transactions, partnerships, procurement arrangements and commercial initiatives.
• Monitor changes in legislation, regulations and industry requirements.
• Develop and maintain legal policies, procedures, templates and contract standards.
• Manage relationships with external counsel, regulators and professional service providers.
• Assist with disputes, claims, investigations and other contentious matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide clear analysis of relevant legislation and case law.
• Support employment‑related legal matters in coordination with HR.
• Review intellectual property, confidentiality, data protection and technology‑related issues.
• Maintain contract registers, legal records and tracking systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies or an equivalent qualification.
• Relevant professional legal qualification or admission to practice (preferred where applicable).
• Strong understanding of commercial law, contract law, corporate matters and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify contractual and regulatory risks.
• Ability to provide clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice.
