Logistics Operations Specialist

About the role

The Logistics Operations Specialist ensures efficient order management and dispatching, guaranteeing timely deliveries through continuous monitoring and rapid response to operational issues. The role also handles driver‑related tickets to maintain service quality and operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate and assign orders to the nearest available driver, especially for delayed or pending orders.
• Confirm driver acceptance and ensure immediate departure toward the restaurant.
• Provide alternative solutions when drivers are unavailable and reassign orders as needed.
• Track order status across all operational phases and act quickly to resolve any delivery‑time impacts.
• Collaborate with drivers, Customer Service, and Partner Care teams to address operational challenges.
• Receive and resolve driver tickets, including delays, cancellations, visibility issues, and distance concerns.
• Manage payment issues related to cash and wallet transactions.
• Follow up on technical problems with the application and process compensation according to policy.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics or dispatch operations.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to act swiftly under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with drivers and internal teams.
