Managing Consultant SAP Tax and Revenue Management

About the role

We are looking for a Managing Consultant specialized in SAP Tax and Revenue Management (TRM) to lead large‑scale implementations, upgrades and Application Management Services for our public‑sector and media clients. The role requires deep functional expertise in SAP FICA, PSCD and TRM, as well as the ability to translate complex tax and revenue requirements into robust SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution design, architecture and end‑to‑end delivery of SAP TRM/FICA/PSCD projects.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, produce functional specifications and configure the system.
• Manage implementation, upgrade and AMS engagements, ensuring quality testing and timely deployment.
• Define data migration, validation and reconciliation strategies and oversee their execution.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, custom developments and S/4HANA transformation landscapes.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements and best practice standards.
• Mentor junior consultants and functional leads, fostering knowledge transfer and team performance.
• Support pre‑sales activities by providing solution expertise and effort estimations.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of experience in SAP FICA, PSCD and TRM implementations.
• Proven track record of delivering complex SAP projects, upgrades and AMS support.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior business leaders.
• Leadership experience in guiding teams and managing deliverables.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
