Managing Director – Bahrain Market Expansion

About the role

Trade Admire Group is looking for a Managing Director to establish and grow its presence in Bahrain. The role is focused on market development, building strategic partnerships and linking Bahrain’s businesses with the Group’s global ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a Bahrain market expansion strategy, identifying high‑value opportunities and target segments.
• Establish Trade Admire Group’s commercial positioning and build a sustainable pipeline of partnerships and cross‑border trade projects.
• Identify, evaluate and cultivate strategic partners across Bahrain, creating a trusted local network.
• Connect Bahraini companies with TAG’s international network, facilitating market entry pathways and cross‑border collaborations.
• Generate new business opportunities, lead senior‑level commercial negotiations and support revenue‑generating initiatives.
• Represent Trade Admire Group at senior business, industry and institutional forums, enhancing the brand’s reputation in Bahrain.
• Lead future local initiatives and develop a high‑performing team in Bahrain.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in market expansion or country‑level business development.
• Strong network of contacts with companies, investors, institutions and ecosystem stakeholders in Bahrain.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic partnerships and commercial relationships.
• Excellent communication and representation skills for senior‑level forums.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
