Marketing Automation Specialist

About the role

We are a data‑driven organization seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to design, implement and optimise automated campaigns that boost lead generation, customer engagement and conversion. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, CRM and analytics teams to build scalable automation programs across the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and optimise marketing automation workflows and customer journeys.
• Develop automated email campaigns, lead‑nurturing programmes and lifecycle initiatives.
• Manage audience segmentation, personalisation and targeting strategies.
• Integrate automation platforms with CRM and other business systems.
• Monitor performance, conduct A/B testing and recommend optimisation.
• Support lead scoring, routing and sales‑marketing alignment.
• Ensure data quality, compliance and best practices.
• Create dashboards and reports to track ROI and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM marketing, email marketing or digital marketing operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.

Required skills

• HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp (or similar).
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing‑technology integrations.
• Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI for reporting.
• HTML and email design knowledge.
• Marketing data‑management concepts.
