Marketing Content & Design Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Content & Design Executive to support the Sheraton brand in Bahrain. The role will help promote brand awareness, create engaging content, and support sales initiatives to enhance the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote internal and external brand awareness through marketing materials and design assets.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Identify upsell opportunities and recommend enhancements to improve the Marriott experience.
• Assist guests and callers with preview package sales, tours, and event scheduling.
• Verify eligibility for preview packages and coordinate tour arrangements.
• Provide complimentary gifts such as rewards points or tickets to recognize guest patronage.
• Answer guest inquiries about property facilities and services, and handle messages accurately.
• Maintain professional appearance, adhere to company policies, and protect confidential information.
• Deliver courteous telephone etiquette and prepare written communications with precision.
• Support team goals, foster positive relationships, and respond to employee concerns.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 lb and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Commitment to quality standards and company policies.
