Marketing Content Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Content Manager to lead the creation, execution, and optimisation of content that builds brand awareness, engages target audiences, and drives business growth. You will work closely with marketing, product, design and external partners to deliver compelling, data‑driven stories across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement content marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Create, edit and manage high‑quality content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns and marketing collateral.
• Plan and maintain content calendars across multiple campaigns and channels.
• Collaborate with designers, product teams and agencies to produce engaging assets.
• Optimise content for SEO, conversion and brand consistency.
• Conduct audience research and market analysis to inform strategy.
• Monitor performance with analytics tools and adjust tactics based on insights.
• Support lead generation, demand generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Oversee content governance, quality standards and editorial processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Digital Media or a related field.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, digital marketing and brand communication principles.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, audience‑focused content.
• Project‑management, organisational and multitasking skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting content performance data.
