Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, coordinate campaigns across digital and offline channels, and support strategic marketing initiatives with creativity and precision.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns on social media, email, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Maintain and update website content using WordPress, ensuring brand alignment.
• Develop content calendars, marketing materials, and ensure consistent branding.
• Create presentations, pitch decks, and reports using Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint or similar tools.
• Support marketing strategy development, campaign planning and business growth initiatives.
• Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and provide optimization recommendations.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies and partners.
• Assist lead generation and customer engagement, utilizing CRM systems.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to marketing, suppliers and partnerships.
• Leverage AI‑powered platforms to enhance content creation, research and reporting.
• Support events, launches and promotional activations from planning to execution.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing coordination or campaign management, preferably in real estate.
• Relevant digital marketing certifications (e.g., CDMP, Meta Certification) are a plus.
