Marketing Executive – Azure Beach Bahrain

About the role

Sunset Hospitality Group is expanding its Azure Beach beach club into Bahrain and seeks a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive the launch and ongoing promotion of the venue. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling marketing materials, manage the brand’s digital presence, and engage the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and plan production of major marketing materials, coordinating with printers, sponsors and other parties.
• Manage all social media platforms – create monthly calendars, respond to messages, upload stories, schedule posts, monitor performance and boost campaigns.
• Communicate marketing activations and news across departments.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional events and community initiatives.
• Create promotional content such as brochures, blogs and marketing copy.
• Deliver research findings through written reports and verbal presentations.
• Maintain client relationships with superior customer service.
• Update website information and maintain an activations calendar.
• Coordinate with third‑party agencies to ensure continuous support.
• Prepare monthly BRM/marketing reports and presentations.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably agency work with lifestyle hospitality venues or in‑house experience in luxury beach clubs, day‑life or fine‑dining venues.
• Experience in the leisure, tourism or hospitality industry.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
