Marketing Executive – Eco‑Hotel

About the role

As a Marketing Executive for Mantis, a conservation‑focused hotel group, you will support the implementation of marketing, communications and digital initiatives across our eco‑lodges and resorts worldwide. You will work closely with internal teams, external agencies and suppliers to promote the brand, increase visibility and engage guests through multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining brand standards and ensuring all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and hotel positioning.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, public relations, advertising and media events.
• Coordinate photoshoots, media visits and promotional events with internal departments and external vendors.
• Create and update content for brochures, newsletters, website pages and social media platforms.
• Help manage the hotel’s digital presence, including website updates, social media channels, email campaigns and online listings.
• Support SEO, paid advertising and social media activities, monitoring performance and preparing basic reports.
• Assist with CRM initiatives, guest communication campaigns, loyalty program promotions and maintain guest database accuracy.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of hotel events, partnerships and activations.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication skills for content creation and media materials.
