Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to bring a luxury automotive brand to life across Bahrain and the wider Gulf region. Working closely with the Sales Manager and central/regional marketing teams, you will play a hands‑on role in event delivery, content creation, brand support, and showroom engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual marketing calendar, including launches, client drives, showroom events, and partnership activations.
• Develop event concepts, layouts, invitation artwork, and manage communications from planning through execution.
• Capture, coordinate, and deliver premium social media and event content while maintaining brand standards.
• Assist creative development across artwork, photography, and video, applying brand guidelines consistently.
• Collaborate with central and regional teams to ensure brand alignment and access to shared resources.
• Build and maintain partnerships with luxury brands, venues, and strategic partners.
• Support lead generation, CRM communications, and follow‑up activities.
• Act as the first point of contact for showroom visitors in the Sales Manager’s absence.
• Track marketing spend and report on campaign performance, event delivery, and digital engagement.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of marketing experience, preferably in automotive, luxury retail, or hospitality.
• Strong creative and digital abilities in content creation, photography, video, and social media.
• Proven experience managing events from concept to delivery, including invitation design and coverage.
• Comfortable applying premium brand guidelines within central and regional structures.
• Excellent written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Organised, self‑motivated, and deadline‑driven.
• Valid Bahrain driving licence preferred.
