Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join AMAN’s team in Manama, Bahrain. The role supports the growth of the AMAN brand locally while aligning with Themis’ regional and global marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns that build AMAN’s brand presence in Bahrain.
• Manage and grow AMAN’s Arabic and English social media channels, creating culturally relevant content.
• Support video production and adapt global content for the Bahraini market.
• Collaborate with local agencies, partners and internal stakeholders to originate campaigns.
• Coordinate and deliver local events such as conferences, roundtables and client seminars.
• Adapt global collateral for local use, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights to the regional marketing team.
• Stay informed on local market trends, media and cultural drivers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, advertising or a similar role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Experience supporting events and activations is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Trello for project management.
