Marketing Manager / Director – Lead Brand & Demand Generation

About the role

The Marketing Manager / Director will shape and execute integrated marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, generate demand and support sustainable business growth. You will translate commercial objectives into measurable campaigns across multiple channels while ensuring a consistent brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans covering digital, content, social media, email, events, partnerships and other channels.
• Define campaign objectives, target audiences, key messages, budgets, timelines and performance indicators.
• Lead brand positioning and communications to maintain a unified identity across all touchpoints.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer behavior to uncover opportunities and risks.
• Measure campaign performance (lead generation, acquisition, conversion, retention, ROI) and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, product, operations, creative and leadership teams to align messaging and support sales initiatives.
• Oversee external agencies, vendors and influencers, ensuring delivery on scope, quality, schedule and budget.
• Identify process improvements, experiment with new technologies and champion innovative marketing practices.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, brand management and campaign planning.
• Proven ability to turn business goals into actionable, measurable marketing initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign data, market research and performance reports.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
