Marketing & Social Media Specialist

About the role

The client, a multi‑business retailer in Bahrain, is looking for a creative Marketing & Social Media Specialist to boost brand visibility across digital channels and support employer outreach. You will be responsible for producing engaging visual content, managing paid campaigns and conducting on‑site marketing activities to showcase products and store experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, capture, edit and publish high‑quality photos and videos for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms.
• Visit stores and operational sites regularly to create live marketing material and document ongoing activities.
• Set up, monitor and optimise boosted posts and sponsored ads to maximise reach and engagement while tracking budgets.
• Maintain day‑to‑day brand presence on key social channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visual standards.
• Promote company products, support broader marketing initiatives and assist with employer outreach efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing and social media.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Highly active on major social platforms with a strong sense of current visual trends.
• Willingness to travel between shop locations for content creation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in mobile and DSLR photography and videography.
• Video editing using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
• Image editing with Adobe Photoshop or comparable software.
• Hands‑on experience managing paid social media ads and budget tracking.
