Marketplace Supply & Operations Lead

About the role

Duyof is launching a booking platform that connects Saudi visitors with licensed tourist apartments and chalets in Bahrain. We are looking for a proactive Marketplace Supply & Operations Lead to build our supply pipeline from scratch and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and sign agreements with licensed building owners and operators.
• Develop an operations playbook covering listing standards, photography, seasonal pricing, cancellation policies, and the guest journey.
• Manage daily bookings, monitor availability, prevent double‑bookings, and provide Arabic WhatsApp support.
• Produce a weekly KPI dashboard tracking occupancy, ADR, cancellation rate, CAC, and owner net revenue.
• Prepare and execute the pilot launch for Saudi National Day (23‑26 September 2026).

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a two‑sided marketplace (short‑term rental, travel, property or field operations).
• Hands‑on supply‑side experience working directly with owners, hosts or partners.
• Comfortable analysing marketplace metrics such as occupancy, ADR, take rate and CAC.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.

Required skills

• Excel (ability to build simple financial and KPI models).
