Real Estate Agent – Luxury Properties (Bahrain)

About the role

Oxus Realty is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its Bahrain team. The position operates on a hybrid basis, combining office work with remote activities. You will manage a portfolio of luxury residential and commercial properties, guiding clients through buying, selling, leasing and investment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, onboard and nurture new client relationships for high‑value properties.
• Prepare listings, marketing materials and coordinate property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and support clients through transaction documentation and compliance.
• Stay updated on local and regional market trends, pricing and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with property owners, developers and internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License with strong knowledge of Bahrain and GCC property regulations.
• Proven experience handling luxury properties, off‑plan projects and investment‑focused transactions.
• Demonstrated sales abilities: lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation and closing high‑value deals.
• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Organizational and time‑management competence, with familiarity of digital tools and CRM platforms.
