Merchant Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Merchant Coordinator to join our team in Bahrain. You will be the primary point of contact for merchant partners, guiding them through onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of our digital platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end merchant onboarding process from registration to activation.
• Support installation and configuration of digital solutions at merchant locations.
• Conduct on‑site visits to verify operational readiness and connectivity.
• Train merchant owners and staff on platform features, redemption processes, customer handling, and reporting.
• Collect, verify, and archive merchant agreements and compliance documentation.
• Configure merchant accounts, including business profiles, products, services, promotions, pricing, and operating hours.
• Provide ongoing operational support and coordinate technical issues with relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records, visit reports, and CRM updates.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with merchant partners.
• Achieve onboarding KPIs and SLA targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in merchant onboarding, coordination, or success.
• Previous experience with digital marketplace, delivery, or app‑based platforms.
• Strong communication, customer service, training, and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
• Valid driving licence.
