Metal Fabricator – Interior Fit‑Out Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator to join a leading interior fit‑out company operating in Bahrain. The role focuses on sheet‑metal fabrication for bespoke interior projects, requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to lead a large workshop team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory operations, including fabrication, welding, and machine activities.
• Interpret and execute fabrication drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Plan, monitor and adjust production schedules to meet quality and deadline targets.
• Lead and manage a team of up to 100 fabricators, welders and machine operators.
• Provide training and guidance to new team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to sheet‑metal processes and machinery.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication Technology or a related field.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in sheet‑metal fabrication and interior metal works.
• Proven experience supervising large workshop teams.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, machinery and finishing techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
