Middle East Field Sales Leader, Environmental Division

About the role

Octosan is building a field sales force across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Kuwait to sell self‑contained sanitation units. As the Field Sales Leader you will recruit, coach and manage a team of 19 Sales Executives to achieve regional sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and lead 19 Sales Executives by January 2027.
• Assign territories, set activity standards and monitor weekly performance metrics such as visits, proposals and orders.
• Conduct 90‑day reviews, expand strong performers’ territories and replace under‑performers.
• Spend most of the week in the field coaching and closing difficult orders.
• Collaborate with strategic accounts and Operations to ensure realistic delivery dates.

Required profile

• 10+ years of field sales experience, with at least 5 years leading teams of 15+ in the GCC.
• Proven track record of building sales forces quickly and managing them by numbers.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel constantly across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Kuwait.
