Join the Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa team as a Moroccan Bath Associate, delivering authentic Hammam experiences that reflect Sofitel’s high standards of luxury hospitality. You will work in a prestigious 5‑star resort, ensuring each guest enjoys a relaxing and culturally rich treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform authentic Moroccan Hammam treatments in line with Sofitel and spa standards.
• Maintain the highest level of guest comfort, hygiene, and satisfaction throughout each session.
• Prepare, clean, and organize the Hammam treatment area and equipment before and after use.
• Recommend complementary spa treatments and retail products that enhance the guest experience.
• Stay updated on spa wellness practices, product knowledge, and traditional Moroccan bath rituals.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Moroccan Bath or Hammam Therapist in a luxury hotel or spa.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Moroccan bath rituals and techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
