Multimedia Content Specialist & Creative Graphic Designer

About the role

iWorld Connect is expanding its marketing team in Bahrain and seeks two creative professionals: a Multimedia Content Specialist who will capture and edit visual media, and a Creative Content & Graphic Designer who will craft compelling brand assets. Both roles will work closely with the marketing team to deliver high‑impact campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Capture high‑quality photos and videos for events, products, and corporate initiatives.
• Edit engaging video content for social media, digital advertising, and promotional use.
• Plan, schedule, and execute content shoots independently or with the marketing team.
• Design visual assets for social media, websites, presentations, print, and digital ads.
• Create copy and captions that align with campaign objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables.
• Organise and manage multimedia and design assets for easy retrieval.
• Stay current with industry trends, new tools, and emerging design techniques.

Required profile

• Proven experience in videography, photography, video editing, and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
