Odoo Implementer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Implementer to join our team and deliver tailored ERP solutions that meet our business needs. The role involves configuring, customizing, and supporting Odoo modules across multiple departments while ensuring system performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and customize Odoo modules based on functional requirements.
• Configure and deploy Odoo solutions for Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR and other areas.
• Integrate Odoo with third‑party systems and external APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues in existing Odoo implementations.
• Optimize performance and maintain system stability.
• Gather and analyse business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Provide user training and create documentation for deployed solutions.
• Support system upgrades, migrations and continuous improvements.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP.
• Good understanding of Odoo functional modules such as Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR or CRM.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Odoo ERP (module configuration and customization).
• Python programming and Odoo ORM framework.
• API development and system integration.
• Data migration and import tools within Odoo.
