About the role
HBBS is seeking a dedicated Office Secretary to support daily administrative functions in its Seef District office. This position is open exclusively to freshers or entry‑level candidates who are based in Bahrain and eager to start a professional career.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, and official account documents.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and support overall administrative operations.
- Handle client calls, emails, inquiries, and maintain professional communication.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain strong organization, attention to detail, and prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure.
Required profile
- Freshers or junior‑level candidates only.
- Currently based in Bahrain.
- Dedicated, hardworking, and career‑focused.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational skills.
