Officer, Vehicle Delivery

About the role

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of vehicles to customers, providing a positive and professional handover experience. It covers coordination of deliveries, pre-delivery checks, customer interaction and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the timely and efficient delivery of vehicles sold to customers, ensuring a smooth and positive handover.
• Inspect vehicles before delivery so they are clean, in good working condition and meet company quality standards.
• Give customers a thorough vehicle walkthrough covering key features, operation, preventative maintenance and safety instructions, answering all queries.
• Treat every customer personally, meeting their needs and building confidence in the brand.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including delivery times, customer signatures and relevant notes.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties as needed.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, CRM updates and sales documentation.
• Follow the Environment, Health, Safety and Quality manual.

Required profile

• Diploma in Management or a relevant degree.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Friendly, professional and customer-centric attitude.
