About the role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Online University Instructor to deliver university‑level instruction through a fully remote learning environment. The role includes preparing course materials, conducting virtual classes, supporting student learning, assessing academic work, and fostering an interactive online classroom.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging university‑level lectures, seminars, and interactive online sessions.
• Prepare and organize course materials, presentations, assignments, and supplementary resources.
• Facilitate virtual discussions, collaborative activities, and group learning sessions.
• Develop, administer, and evaluate assignments, quizzes, projects, and examinations.
• Provide constructive, timely feedback and monitor student participation and progress.
• Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, grades, and course documentation.
• Utilize learning management systems, video‑conferencing platforms, and digital resources effectively.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• 3+ years of teaching, training, or subject‑matter experience.
• Strong knowledge of the subject area and ability to communicate concepts clearly.
• Commitment to academic integrity, student support, and professional standards.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using video‑conferencing platforms for online teaching.
