Operations Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are a well‑established, fast‑growing Food & Beverage group in Bahrain seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our diverse portfolio of concepts across the Middle East. The role combines strategic expansion, operational excellence and strong financial stewardship.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operations across multiple F&B concepts, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Drive profitable growth, operational efficiency and robust financial performance.
• Oversee expansion of existing brands and support new market and franchise opportunities throughout the GCC.
• Implement SOPs, marketing initiatives, promotions and new product launches.
• Collaborate with support functions to build scalable, efficient processes.
• Identify emerging trends, customer expectations and commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong operational leadership experience in F&B, hospitality or multi‑site retail.
• Proven track record scaling multi‑unit operations and managing business growth.
• Commercial and financial acumen with P&L management experience.
• Deep understanding of GCC markets and consumer behaviour.
• Experience creating, implementing and training teams on SOPs.
• Demonstrated people‑leadership and coaching abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
