Operations Manager

About the role

Nass MEP is seeking an experienced MEP Operations Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of multiple mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects across Bahrain, from pre‑construction through to final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple MEP projects, ensuring compliance with schedules, specifications, budgets and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and manage detailed project plans, scopes of work, timelines, milestones and resource requirements.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, implement cost‑control measures and report expenditures.
• Support pre‑construction and work‑winning activities, including estimates, planning assumptions and technical coordination.
• Manage procurement of MEP materials, equipment and services in collaboration with supply‑chain teams.
• Supervise project managers, engineers, site teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and safe delivery.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, documentation, close‑out activities and final handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in MEP project execution and construction.
• Proven experience managing multiple MEP projects from planning through commissioning.
• Experience working in the GCC region, preferably Bahrain.
• PMP certification or relevant professional engineering licence is an advantage.
