About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead the daily operations and strategic growth of our Talent Hunting and Recruitment business unit in Bahrain. The role combines operational leadership with business development to expand market share, optimise recruitment delivery and drive profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all operational activities of the recruitment hub, ensuring compliance with Bahrain Ministry of Labour and LMRA regulations.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market penetration across the GCC.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary liaison for government and regulatory bodies.
- Lead, mentor and motivate a team of recruitment consultants to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor P&L performance, budgeting and financial reporting.
- Implement efficient operational systems and processes to support business needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field (MBA a plus).
- 8–10 years of experience in recruitment/staffing, with 3–5 years in a senior managerial role.
- Deep understanding of the Bahraini and GCC talent market and Bahrainisation quotas.
- Proven track record in sales, negotiation and financial management.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is highly advantageous.
