Partnerships & Business Development Executive (Sales)

About the role

We are seeking an outgoing Partnerships & Business Development Executive to join Unipal in Manama. The role focuses on building long‑term collaborations with businesses, presenting Unipal’s platform value, and supporting the student community through mutually beneficial partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and secure new business partners for the Unipal platform.
• Present Unipal’s value proposition to companies across various industries.
• Negotiate partnership terms and student offers that deliver mutual benefit.
• Manage partner onboarding and ensure a smooth start to each collaboration.
• Maintain accurate partner data in the CRM system.
• Work closely with internal teams to align partnership initiatives and drive growth.
• Monitor market trends and uncover new partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, partnerships or business development, preferably in Bahrain or the GCC.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Confident, outgoing personality with strong rapport‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
