Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Planner to support the planning and scheduling of joinery and furniture manufacturing projects. You will work closely with Setting‑Out, Procurement, Production, Logistics and external clients to keep projects on track and ensure material availability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing detailed project timelines, baseline schedules and dashboards.
• Identify critical path activities, dependencies and potential bottlenecks.
• Act as a liaison between Setting‑Out, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Project Management and external parties.
• Support material and resource management by coordinating with the Material Engineer and Procurement team.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and help track production status.
• Contribute to process improvements and propose operational innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling or operations within manufacturing or construction/fit‑out.
• Experience with Extension of Time techniques, baseline schedules, Earned Value Management and reporting.
