Planner

About the role

Planners are responsible for estimating project timescales and ensuring deadlines are met. They collaborate closely with Setting‑Out, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics to keep projects on schedule and guarantee material availability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing detailed project timelines and schedules for joinery and furniture manufacturing, identifying critical path activities and potential bottlenecks.
• Act as a key interface between Setting‑Out, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Project Management, and external clients, facilitating communication and alignment on project status.
• Support material and resource management by collaborating with Material Engineers and Procurement to track orders, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, track production progress, and help resolve coordination issues.
• Contribute to process improvements by providing operational support and proposing procedural innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and operations within manufacturing or construction/fit‑out.
• Experience with Extension of Time techniques, baseline schedules, Earned Value Management, and multi‑project environments.
