Presales Manager (Microsoft 365)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Presales Manager to lead solution design and customer engagements for modern workplace and hybrid/multi‑cloud environments. The role works closely with sales teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive adoption of Microsoft 365 services.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to drive technical solutioning and support deal closures.
• Design and present end‑to‑end Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Security, Compliance, Intune and Entra ID.
• Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, demos and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Architect and support M365 migrations such as tenant‑to‑tenant, Exchange and SharePoint moves.
• Prepare bills of materials, cost estimates and ROI analyses.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and collaborate with OEM partners.
• Meet indirect business and revenue targets linked to solution adoption and sales growth.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience across the full Microsoft 365 stack.
• Proven track record in M365 migrations and transformations.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of licensing models and commercial constructs.
