Procurement Category Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Category Manager to own the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle for our marketing category. You will drive sourcing, negotiation, contract execution and delivery while supporting cross‑border and international needs.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate demand, source suppliers, negotiate commercial terms and manage contracts for the marketing category.
• Develop and evaluate suppliers, set KPIs, and manage performance to ensure quality and on‑time delivery.
• Monitor market dynamics, track competitive landscapes and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
• Build and refine category management frameworks and explore new procurement models.
• Drive cost control and process improvement to reduce spend and increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 5+ years of procurement experience, including at least 2 years on the client/buyer side.
• Experience in marketing‑related procurement is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of internet industry procurement dynamics.
• High professional integrity and ability to work under pressure.
• Business‑level English proficiency (read, write, speak, listen).

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools (preferred).
