Production Engineer – Sheet Metal Fabrication

About the role
Havelock One Interiors is seeking an experienced Production Engineer to lead day‑to‑day manufacturing activities in its Askar workshop. You will work closely with supervisors and team leads to ensure efficient production of bespoke metal and joinery fittings for high‑end interior projects across the Gulf region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily production work, supervising 20‑60 fabrication and welding professionals.
- Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain efficiency of sheet‑metal machines, including laser cutters, press brakes and rolling equipment.
- Enforce 5S standards, safety protocols and PPE compliance throughout the workshop.
- Provide hand‑sketching details for custom metal fabrication.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sheet‑metal fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of sheet‑metal machinery and processes (laser cutting, press brake, rolling, MIG/TIG welding).
- Hands‑on experience with metal interior fabrication projects.
