About the role
New Alfa International is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead its pipe manufacturing operation in Manama, Bahrain. The role involves overseeing daily production activities, ensuring output meets quality standards, and coordinating a skilled workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate staff and manage shift schedules to optimize production flow.
- Monitor output levels and enforce quality control procedures.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of relevant industry experience, with mandatory GCC experience.
- Degree, diploma, or ITI qualification applicable to production environments.
- Prior experience in production supervision preferred.
Required skills
