Programming Teacher for Kids and Teens

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Coding Teachers to deliver a range of programming and digital creativity courses to children and teenagers aged 6‑18. Classes are offered both on‑site at our campus and online, covering topics from visual programming to advanced game development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for programs such as The Coding Knight, Mars Academy, Python Start/Pro, Digital Literacy, Game Design, Unity, Front‑end Development, Scratch, Video Content Creation and Graphic Design.
• Prepare teaching materials, exercises and assessments tailored to each age group.
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback and adapt instruction to individual learning needs.
• Produce or edit video tutorials and graphic assets using industry‑standard tools.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to continuously improve course content.

Required profile

• Technical or IT educational background, optionally complemented by pedagogical or psychological studies.
• Experience as a camp counselor, teacher or trainer working with children and teenagers.
• Ability to work with preschoolers (5‑7 years) for The Coding Knight program.
• For Python‑related courses, proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, C#).
• For Unity courses, knowledge of C, C++ or C# if not already familiar with Unity.
