About the role
Black Bull Group is seeking a Project Billing Specialist to join its Bahrain team. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end billing process for client projects, ensuring invoices are accurate, compliant with contract terms, and delivered on time.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full billing cycle for assigned projects, from data collection to invoice issuance.
- Verify contract terms and pricing structures to guarantee billing accuracy.
- Coordinate with project managers, finance teams, and clients to resolve billing queries and discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed billing records and support month‑end financial close activities.
- Prepare regular billing reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or related finance functions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with project teams and external clients.
- Familiarity with contract‑based billing processes.
