Project Manager – Digital Banking

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic business and technology initiatives for a banking client in Bahrain. The role focuses on end‑to‑end lifecycle management using Agile and PMI/PMP methodologies, with strong emphasis on PMO governance and executive stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle – planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Drive PMO governance, maintain RAID logs, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts and capacity plans.
• Prepare executive‑level status reports, dashboards, KPI tracking and presentations for senior leadership.
• Oversee project financials, cost‑benefit analysis, budget utilization and expenditure tracking.
• Lead stakeholder communication, change management, milestone tracking and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of project management experience, preferably in banking, digital banking or FinTech.
• Proven experience managing medium to large‑scale technology projects using Agile or PMI methodologies.
• Strong background in PMO governance, executive stakeholder management and governance reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
