WAY4 Card System Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a specialist to own the WAY4 credit card system lifecycle, ensuring secure, compliant and highly available operations for card issuing, transaction processing and fraud management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical lifecycle of the card management system, including upgrades and integration with networks, processors and downstream APIs.
• Ensure strict compliance with PCI‑DSS and local financial regulations (e.g., SAMA).
• Monitor platform stability, troubleshoot incidents and maintain maximum uptime.
• Coordinate with vendors such as Openway and Golden Chip and oversee technical vendor relationships.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance card lifecycle efficiency.
• Support analytics with data management and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a technical role within the card payments industry, focusing on card issuing platforms.
• 2+ years leading a technical team.
• Proven experience managing vendors and overseeing credit‑card lifecycle management.
• Hands‑on experience with card issuing, transaction switching and EMV technology.
