Project Sales Executive – B2B Kitchen Solutions (Bahrain)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Sales Executive to represent a premier German kitchen manufacturer in Bahrain. You will work on‑site, building relationships with main contractors, consultants, architects, developers and fit‑out companies to get premium kitchen solutions specified, tendered, ordered and installed.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue project opportunities with developers, main contractors, consultants, architects and interior design firms across Bahrain.
• Get products specified at the design stage and manage the specification through tender and award.
• Study tender documents, BOQs, drawings and project specifications; prepare competitive proposals, commercial quotations and cost estimates.
• Navigate tender mechanics including BOQ pricing, provisional sums, nominated subcontract and pre‑qualification.
• Coordinate with internal teams on logistics and project execution after order confirmation.
• Own a personal sales target, maintain an active project pipeline and keep accurate CRM records.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming construction projects; provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–5 years of B2B or contract sales experience in kitchens, wardrobes, joinery, fit‑out, sanitary ware or building‑materials sold into projects.
• Demonstrable network with main contractors, consultants, architects or developers in Bahrain (accounts and contacts to be named in interview).
• Proven track record of meeting personal sales targets with documented figures.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Valid Bahrain driving licence and own car.
