Project Scheduler – NSA Bahrain

About the role

KBR is seeking a Project Scheduler to support its Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain contract. The role involves creating, maintaining, and monitoring detailed project schedules to ensure timely execution of mission‑critical activities.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, defining work breakdown structures, sequencing activities, estimating durations, and allocating resources.
• Identify critical path activities and monitor schedule performance to meet project milestones.
• Track progress, analyze deviations, highlight risks or delays, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure alignment between schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Prepare and present regular schedule reports, progress updates, and forecasts to project teams and management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and keep schedules up‑to‑date.
• Support continuous improvement of scheduling processes, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–8 years of scheduling or project controls experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
