Public Relations Manager (Remote, Bahrain)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Manager to lead our communication strategy and enhance brand reputation. This fully remote position is based in Bahrain and will work closely with leadership, marketing, and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR and communication strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media statements, speeches, and corporate communications.
• Manage media inquiries, coordinate interviews, press conferences, and public appearances.
• Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and industry trends.
• Create crisis communication plans and handle reputation issues.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure consistent messaging.
• Identify brand exposure opportunities through media placements, partnerships, and events.
• Prepare communication materials for internal and external audiences.
• Track and report on PR campaign performance and metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong media networking and relationship‑management abilities.
• Proven track record of successful PR campaigns.
• Highly organized with strong project‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
