QA/QC Associate Manager

About the role

The QA/QC Associate Manager will lead and manage the quality assurance and control functions across production and project activities. This role ensures compliance with corporate quality standards, project specifications, and industry regulations while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate QA procedures and QC processes aligned with ISO9001 and FSC standards.
• Develop written procedures for production QC and corporate QA.
• Implement digital systems for quality tracking and reporting, such as dashboards and barcode systems.
• Oversee incoming material inspections, in‑process checks, and final product audits across departments (Joinery, Metal, Polishing, Packaging).
• Control non‑conforming products and coordinate corrective actions with relevant managers.
• Maintain quality records, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and method statements per the Project Quality Management Plan.
• Prepare and lead monthly operation meetings to discuss trends, improvement recommendations, and initiatives.
• Prepare audit reports and monitor the effectiveness of quality procedures.
• Lead the QA/QC team and coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors.
• Implement training and development programs to enhance quality awareness.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement measures to mitigate recurring issues.
• Drive business improvement initiatives and maintain a library of SOPs for quality processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing or fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001, FSC, and relevant industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
