QA/QC Manager

About the role

We are seeking a QA/QC Manager for a leading interior fit‑out company operating in Bahrain. The role will oversee quality assurance and control activities across furniture manufacturing and interior construction projects, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the QA/QC function for interior fit‑out and furniture manufacturing projects.
• Implement and maintain ISO quality management systems.
• Manage a team of QA/QC professionals, providing coaching and performance oversight.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to define quality requirements and resolve issues.
• Conduct risk assessments, testing procedures, and regular audits.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality documentation and reports.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably within furniture manufacturing or interior construction.
• Proven experience in ISO implementation and continuous improvement.
• Strong team‑leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
